Exchange Policy

POWERHANDZ Inc, will accept exchanges on products with tags still intact and or on defective items within the 30 day warranty period, which starts when the customer receives his or her merchandise. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanges, POWERHANDZ will provide product replacement and a postage paid return envelope for returning damaged items to us, photographic proof is required.
